* Great Selection

* Landscape Professional Discounts
Landscape Professional Customers can come into the store and ask about the Professional Discount Policy. It provides an explanation of our professional discounts and who qualifies, along with an application form that can be turned into our general manager, Jocelyn.
HCG offers substantial discounts on most of our plants and products to established contractors. These discounts make HCG prices very competitive when compared to other suppliers.
To qualify for the discount the business must purchase $500.00 of goods in one season to qualify for the Standard Landscaper Discounts. Accounts are reviewed in January of each year. Those who have purchased less than $500.00 in the previous year will be placed back at the starter level of 10% off.
*PLEASE NOTE: Only the people designated on your Landscaper Account can be allowed access to your discount. It cannot be used by your customers or other individuals. If you wish, you or someone listed on your account can accompany your customer to the store.
However, payment must be made by you.
* Special Orders
We can usually fill special orders in 1-2 weeks, so ask if you need something we don’t have. Special orders are to be paid when the order is placed and there are no returns or credits.
* Estimates
Send us your plant list and we will quickly respond with a quote. E-Mail estimates@countrygarden.com, or fax to 508-775-3302.
* Order Picking
E-Mail your order and payment method by 2:00, and the products and/or plants will be pulled and ready for you to pick up the next day.
* Plant Holding
We are willing to hold plants that have been paid for short periods of time. Because we are also a retail business we can’t guarantee that the public won’t pick plants from our sold area. No plants will be held unless they have been purchased. Normally shrubs and trees will be held for up to 14 days and plants still here after that time will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Roses, annuals or perennials can be held on the Hyannis Country Garden property for two days.
* Delivery Service Available Monday-Saturday
Trees and shrubs, large perennial and annual orders, bulk soil, compost and mulch. Anything we sell, we can deliver right to the job site. Delivery charges apply.
