Take exit 6 onto Route 132 heading south toward Hyannis.

Proceed past the Cape Cod Mall to the Hyannis Rotary.

Go right at the rotary and take the first exit onto Route 28 (Falmouth Rd.) Although you’re heading west the signage might say “route 28 north.”

Go to the third stoplight and turn left onto Pitchers Way.

Proceed south until the light at West Main Street.

Turn right onto West Main Street.

Country Garden will be just ahead on your right.
