For us, it’s important to support organizations that do good work within our community and to help wherever we can. We’re proud to participate and donate to hundreds of local charities each year. Cape Cod is a beautiful place to live, work, and play. We’re doing our part to keep it that way! We get hundreds of requests annually and we need your help keeping it all organized.

Due to the volume of donation requests that we receive, we need a process to manage them. Please submit your donation request through our online forms. We are truly sorry but we will not be able to respond to requests via telephone, email, social media, snail mail, or in person. Please allow us a minimum of three weeks to review and respond to your request. Thank you in advance for your help!

Although Hyannis Country Garden has freely loaned plants for events in the past, unfortunately we are no longer able to so. Plants are living things and too frequently our stock has not been returned in the same condition as when it left our property. We do, however, want to support the many wonderful organizations whose events are enhanced by some greenery and so we offer the following rental option. Plants for charitable events may be rented for a fee of 1/3 their original cost. The plants can be kept for two days and must be returned in the same condition as they were when they left the store. The deposit will be administered by credit card before the plants leave our store. Organization may be charged full price for all plants not returned by the due date or in unsaleable condition. (Hyannis Country Garden reserves the right to determine ‘saleable’ condition.) Any charity may apply for a waiver of our rental fee. If the waiver is approved the rental fee will be refunded once the plants have been returned in saleable condition.
