Our return policy varies as follows:
TREES & SHRUBS (NURSERY DEPARTMENT)
- Unplanted, well maintained, plants may be returned for full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase.
- No returns on Christmas trees, Christmas merchandise or nursery stock purchased in November or December.
PERENNIALS, ROSES & GROUND COVERS (PLANT DEPARTMENT)
- Unplanted, well maintained, plants in original pots may be returned for full refund within seven days of the date of purchase.
HOUSE PLANTS (GREENHOUSE DEPARTMENT)
Well maintained house plants may be returned in original pot for full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. 100% guarantee up to 30 days from original sales receipt.
HARDGOODS
May be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase with store receipt. Manufacturers’ warranties only.
WE'RE SORRY BUT
We cannot accept returns on: annuals, bonsai, pond plants, fish, sod, delivery fees or holiday merchandise.
GUARANTEES
eg: "You bought it, planted it, and it hasn't lived up to your expectations"
Hyannis Country Garden fully guarantees certain plant material for a replacement plant or store credit within 30 days provided the plants are properly maintained, watered, and planted with recommended soil amendments. Because various plants and products behave differently, our guarantee policy varies as follows:
TREES & SHRUBS (NURSERY DEPARTMENT)
- 100% guarantee up to 30 days from the date on original sales receipt.
- No guarantees on winter survival.
- No guarantees on Christmas trees or nursery stock purchased in November and December.
PERENNIALS, ROSES, HOUSEPLANTS & GROUND COVERS
- 100% guarantee up to 30 days from date on original sales receipt. No guarantees on winter survival.
ANNUALS, SOD AND POND PLANTS
- No guarantees on annuals, sod or pond plants.
HARDGOODS
- Manufacturers’ warranties only. We do not guarantee hardgoods. Hyannis Country Garden will obtain replacement products or refunds for defective products in accordance with each manufacturers’ warranties.
