Returns
Hyannis Country Garden fully guarantees certain plant material for a replacement plant or store credit provided the plants are properly maintained and planted with recommended soil amendments. Because various plants and products behave differently, our return policy varies as follows:
Trees & Shrubs (Nursery department)
- Unplanted, well maintained, plants may be returned for full refund within seven days of the date of purchase.
- 100% guarantee up to 90 days from the date on original sales receipt.
- 50% guarantee after 90 days until November from date on original sales receipt.
- No returns or guarantees on Christmas trees or nursery stock purchased in December.
Perennials, Roses & Ground Covers (Plant Department)
- Unplanted, well maintained, plants in original pots may be returned for full refund within seven days of the date of purchase.
- 100% guarantee up to 30 days from date on original sales receipt. NO GUARANTEE THROUGH THE WINTER.
House Plants (Greenhouse Department)
Well maintained house plants may be returned in original pot for full refund within seven days of the date of purchase. 100% guarantee up to 30 days from original sales receipt.
Hardgoods
May be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Manufacturers’ warranties only. We do not guarantee hardgoods. Hyannis Country Garden will obtain replacement products or refunds for defective products in accordance with each manufacturers’ warranties.
